Northern Kentucky University landed the #7 spot in the 2023 rankings for the best special education programs. NKU is a large public school located in the large suburb of Highland Heights.
After completing their degree, special ed graduates from NKU carry an average student debtload of $30,488.
Murray State University did quite well in this year’s ranking of the best schools for special education students. It came in at #8 on the list. Murray State is a moderately-sized public school located in the town of Murray.
While working on their degree, special ed majors at Murray State accumulate an average of around $24,263 in student debt.
University of the Cumberlands landed the #9 spot in the 2023 rankings for the best special education programs. Located in the town of Williamsburg, Cumberlands is a private not-for-profit school with a large student population.
