You may have the opportunity to take online graduate classes at Winona State. Of all the graduate students enrolled at the school during the 2019-2020 academic year, around 66% took at least some of their classes online.
Out of the 12 schools in Minnesota that were part of this year’s ranking, Minnesota State University - Moorhead landed the # 2 spot on the list.

University of Minnesota - Twin Cities came in at #10 in this year’s edition of the Best Teaching Doctor’s Degree Schools in Minnesota ranking.
One thing to take note of is that UMN Twin Cities does offer online graduate classes in some areas. During the 2019-2020 year, about 65% of the graduate students at the school took at least one online course.
Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota came in at #11 in this year’s edition of the Best Teaching Doctor’s Degree Schools in Minnesota ranking.
