Our analysis found Central New Mexico Community College to be the best value school for teaching students who want to pursue a basic certificate in New Mexico. Central New Mexico Community College is a fairly large public school located in Albuquerque, New Mexico that handed out 197 basic certificates in 2020-2021.

The average tuition and fees for an out-of-state undergraduate students at CNM are $7,540 a year.
