Our analysis found SUNY Empire State College to be the most popular school for teaching students who want to pursue a bachelor’s degree in the Middle Atlantic Region . SUNY Empire State College is a medium-sized public school located in Saratoga Springs, New York that handed out 95 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.
