UCONN is located in Storrs, Connecticut and has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 142 graduate certificates to qualified students.
Around 80% of those degree recipients were women.
Depending on your major, you may be able to take online graduate classes at UCONN. Of all the graduate students enrolled at the school during the 2019-2020 academic year, around 74% took at least some of their classes online.

You’ll be in good company if you attend Southern Connecticut State University. The school came in at #5 on this year’s Most Popular Teaching Graduate Certificate Schools in Connecticut list. Located in New Haven, Connecticut, the medium-sized public school handed out 68 graduate certificate awards in 2020-2021.

With a ranking of #9, University of Saint Joseph did quite well on this year’s most popular schools for teaching students working on their graduate certificate. West Hartford, Connecticut is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out graduate certificates to 1 students in 2020-2021.

In 2019-2020 about 39% of the graduate students at the school chose to take one or more online courses.
University of Hartford ranked #10 on this year’s Most Popular Teaching Graduate Certificate Schools in Connecticut list.
One thing to take note of is that UHart does offer online graduate classes in some areas. Of all the graduate students enrolled at the school during the 2019-2020 academic year, around 67% took at least some of their classes online.
Western Connecticut State University landed the #10 spot in the 2023 rankings for the most popular graduate certificate teaching programs.
Some students may be able to take online graduate classes at WestConn. During the 2019-2020 year, about 92% of the graduate students at the school took at least one online course.
Albertus Magnus College came in at #10 in this year’s edition of the Most Popular Teaching Graduate Certificate Schools in Connecticut ranking.
