Indiana University of Pennsylvania - Main Campus ranked #9 on this year’s Most Popular Teaching Undergraduate Certificate Schools in Pennsylvania list.
The average in-state tuition and fees for students at IUP is $13,144. If you are from out of state, expect to pay an average of $18,897.

Neumann University did quite well in this year’s ranking of the most popular places for teaching students to get an undergraduate certificate. It came in at #9 on the list.
If you want to attend Neumann, expect to pay an average of $34,460 in tuition and fees. Of course, this could be reduced if you receive financial aid.
