This report analyzed 209 schools in the Southeast Region to see which ones were the most popular associate degree programs for teaching students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from each school on the list.

Our 2023 rankings named Rasmussen University - Florida the most popular school in the Southeast Region for teaching students working on their associate degree. Rasmussen University - Florida is located in Ocala, Florida and has a medium-sized student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 218 associate degrees to qualified students.
Rasmussen University - Florida does not offer a discount to in-state students, so the average tuition and fees for all undergraduates is $13,635. A rank of #2 on this year’s list means Liberty University is a great place for teaching students working on their associate degree. Lynchburg, Virginia is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out associate degrees to 138 students in 2020-2021.

Out of the 209 schools in the Southeast Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College landed the # 4 spot on the list. Located in Perkinston, Mississippi, the medium-sized public school handed out 121 associate degree awards in 2020-2021.
