To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Special Education program at each school on the list.

The following schools top our list of the Most Popular Special Education Basic Certificate Colleges.

Our analysis found Central New Mexico Community College to be the most popular school for special education students who want to pursue a basic certificate in the United States. Located in the large city of Albuquerque, CNM is a public school with a fairly large student population.

Of the 75 students majoring in special ed at CNM, 23% are male and 77% are female.
