Out of the 22 schools in New Jersey that were part of this year’s ranking, Kean University landed the # 2 spot on the list. Located in the suburb of Union, Kean is a public college with a large student population.

On average, special ed graduates from Kean take out $27,000 in student loans while working on their degree. When it comes time to repay the loan, graduates who are on a 10-year repayment plan pay an average monthly payment of $264.
